Shipping, Exchanges and Returns
Delivery Time
Products purchased on the Site are delivered to Mainland Portugal, Islands, Europe and the Rest of the World and are sent by CTT by registered mail.
For orders to Portugal, the deadline is between 2 and 5 working days after the online payment or sending the proof. For orders to Europe, the deadline is 10 working days after payment. Orders outside Europe may take longer than 10 working days after payment, depending on destination.
Koa 'n Siya may take up to 5 working days to ship orders if products are not in stock. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the Customer must send the proof to info@koansiya.com with the order number to start processing the order.
Orders to Mainland Portugal by registered mail usually arrive within one working day after dispatch.
Orders to Portugal Islands by registered mail usually arrive within 1-2 working days after dispatch.
Orders for Europe, the deadline is 10 working days after payment.
Orders outside Europe may take longer than 10 working days after payment, depending on destination.
In case of non-receipt of the order within the indicated deadlines, an investigation will be carried out with CTT, which may take a few days. The Customer must contact the brand and during this period no refund can be made, as the loss of the order will have to be verified and confirmed.
Exchanges and returns
The customer will have 24 hours after receiving the order to complain by phone or email any anomaly with the same. Koa 'n Siya is not responsible for any problems arising from transport. Koa 'n Siya will be obliged to refuse any request for a refund or replacement (right of withdrawal) for products that have external defects and that your claim has not been made within 24 hours. The right of withdrawal remains valid for cases of technical problems that are detected by the customer after delivery and in accordance with the terms provided by law.
To facilitate this process, we recommend a few points to check at the time of delivery:
1. Check that the packaging is in perfect condition;
2. Check that the product complies with the order made and that it has no visible defects.
Koa 'n Siya accepts returns for products that do not match the customer's initial request. Koa 'n Siya will ship a new product after receiving the damaged one.
Koa 'n Siya does not accept exchanges or returns of products in good condition or products that match the customer's initial request.
Order cancellation
The Customer may only cancel his order if it has not yet been paid for and is not yet in process.
